- Prior experience in CHSLD, RI, or a Maison des aînés is a major asset.
- Demonstrate responsibility, autonomy, rigor, and a strong ability to adapt.
- Provide nursing and well-being care to residents according to established care plans.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and maintenance of seniors' autonomy.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team in the living environment, including nurses and patient care attendants.
- Document residents' clinical progress and ensure follow-up in their records.
- Prior experience in CHSLD, RI, or a Maison des aînés.
