  • Improve residents' daily lives across their living environments by selecting suitable technical aids, including wheelchairs, mealtime equipment, and major orthotic devices.
  • Support residents' autonomy and independence while taking their needs and abilities into account.
  • Evaluate and review outcomes with the team, then adapt the interventions to residents' abilities.
  • Participate in various meetings, case reviews, and assessments.
  • Maintain contact with residents' families and legal representatives.
