Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, are required.
  • Ability to provide nurturing attention and care to individuals with disabilities in a nursing facility.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and supervisors.
Responsibilities
  • Travel to nursing facilities and work with PASRR clients to achieve goals.
  • Provide personal assistance with doctor visits, visits to community retailers, events, and other client needs.
  • Input data into the system, manage time, attend training and plan-of-care meetings and reviews, and complete Plan of Care goals.
  • Travel to counties to provide services; transportation is provided by the agency.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some college is a plus.
