About the job

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting, supply chain operations, or go-to-market strategy roles, with a strong track record of managing practical artificial intelligence or analytics roadmaps or transformation.
  • Adept knowledge of supply chain domains and ability to engage in technical and business-level discussions.
  • Deep fluency in at least one core domain: modeling and analysis, planning and execution, or frontier use cases involving artificial intelligence or machine learning.
  • Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement, value quantification, and quarterly success review leadership.
  • Ability to communicate across business and technical audiences and build high-trust relationships from end users to senior executives.
  • Skill in identifying expansion opportunities, shaping growth narratives, and feeding structured insights to internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Comfort training and enabling customers on a dynamic technical platform, instilling confidence in less-technical users, and getting hands-on with the platform to prototype alongside customers.
  • Ability to adapt, receive coaching, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategic success of Lyric's largest enterprise accounts as the primary customer lead, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention, and measurable value.
  • Lead Quarterly Success Reviews, governance sessions, and executive engagements to align customer stakeholders on account goals, business impact, and the product and platform roadmap.
  • Embed within customer organizations to understand operational challenges, supply chain processes, and internal capabilities, then translate that knowledge into actionable solution strategies across scenario modeling and network analysis, operational planning and fulfillment, or artificial-intelligence- and machine-learning-powered use cases.
  • Partner with Sales on joint account planning by shaping renewal strategy, expansion pathways, and growth roadmap workshops that uncover new users, workflows, and business units for Lyric's decision mesh.
  • Build hands-on in Lyric Studio and, where needed, direct small teams of forward deployed engineers to turn ideas into working prototypes customers can progress through the product life cycle.
  • Surface the voice of the customer to Product, advocate for customer needs, and help prioritize those needs within the roadmap.
  • Train and enable customer teams on Lyric's platform, building confidence with its toolset and developing customers' own Supply Chain Engineer capability for long-term self-sufficiency.
  • Craft business cases for expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to convert them into account growth.
