  • People Management experience for at least 5 years.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing other people.
  • Leading cross functional global teams. Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships.
  • Experience of deploying planning and scheduling solutions in semiconductor factories (front end and AT factories).

  • Experience in managing cloud-based product offerings.

Responsibilities
  • This position will lead a team of product managers to manage portfolio of products and solutions for factory productivity and supply chain capabilities targeted for Semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
  • A successful candidate will have experience of deploying factory productivity and planning solutions in semiconductor factories.
  • This employee will closely work with Product Managers, Practice Manager, Presales and Engineering teams on positioning, go to market strategy and Roadmap development to meet customer requirements.
