Applied Materials’ APG (factory solution software group) seeks to hire a Product Management leader.
Role and Responsibilities
This position will lead a team of product managers to manage portfolio of products and solutions for factory productivity and supply chain capabilities targeted for Semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
A successful candidate will have experience of deploying factory productivity and planning solutions in semiconductor factories.
This employee will closely work with Product Managers, Practice Manager, Presales and Engineering teams on positioning, go to market strategy and Roadmap development to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
People Management experience for at least 5 years.
Proven track record of coaching and developing other people.
Leading cross functional global teams. Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships
Experience of deploying planning and scheduling solutions in semiconductor factories (front end and AT factories)
Strong understanding of factory KPIs and practical experience driving their improvement
Experience in driving change management related to software deployment
Experience of using factory productivity software such as AutoSched, APF RTD platform to drive KPI improvements.
Experience in managing cloud-based product offerings
Experience in transitioning the products from on prem to cloud based offerings
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation development skills
Strong negotiation skills
International and domestic travel required

U.S. Salary Range:
$156,000.00 - $214,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
