  • People Management experience for at least 5 years.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing other people.
  • Leading cross functional global teams. Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships
  • Experience of deploying planning and scheduling solutions in semiconductor factories (front end and AT factories)
  • Strong understanding of factory KPIs and practical experience driving their improvement
  • Experience in driving change management related to software deployment
  • Experience of using factory productivity software such as AutoSched, APF RTD platform to drive KPI improvements.
  • Experience in managing cloud-based product offerings
  • Experience in transitioning the products from on prem to cloud based offerings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation development skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • International and domestic travel required
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product managers to manage portfolio of products and solutions for factory productivity and supply chain capabilities targeted for Semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Practice Manager, Presales and Engineering teams on positioning, go to market strategy and Roadmap development to meet customer requirements.
