Requirements
  • Be an active member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ).
  • Have strong clinical autonomy for home-based practice, organization, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for home visits.
  • Be available to start Monday, October 19, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' functional abilities and physical limitations in their homes.
  • Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans, including exercises, physical rehabilitation, and pain management.
  • Recommend appropriate assistive devices and advise patients and caregivers on making their environments safer.
  • Monitor patients' progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary home-support team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers.
  • Document clinical interventions in accordance with professional-order standards.
