TD SYNNEX, the world's largest IT distributor, has seen strong performance driven by its data centre business Hyve. On 31 March, the company reported earnings showing Hyve growing billings at nearly 100% annually, on track to contribute approximately $700 million in operating earnings this year. The figures exceeded investor expectations. FPA Queens Road Small Cap Value Fund noted TD SYNNEX has successfully diversified beyond traditional hardware into software, security, and services. The fund trimmed its position following strong performance but maintains it as a top five holding. Trading at roughly 13 times forward earnings, TD SYNNEX shares closed at $253.97 on 31 August, with a market capitalisation of about $20.22 billion.
