  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized.
Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and complete all required forms.
  • Perform customer-requested account maintenance, including address changes, identification updates, card ordering, and check ordering.
  • Assist customers with complex customer service issues and questions and coordinate with organizational areas to resolve requests.
  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services, including investments and residential lending.
  • Open personal and business accounts using the bank computer system and related third-party systems while following bank policies and procedures.
  • Participate in new customer relationship onboarding calls and prescribed network-wide outbound call campaigns.
  • Organize work to support timely and accurate end-of-day transaction balancing while maintaining appropriate cash levels.
  • Provide customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Use the customer relationship management system to document customer conversations and send referrals to other departments.
  • Work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
