Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role within a demanding digital environment.
  • At least part of the experience must be in the insurance, mutual insurance, or brokerage sector.
  • A Bac+5 qualification from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program.
  • Expertise in the insurance business domain.
  • Experience with project management in complex environments.
  • Ability to collect, structure, and formalize business needs.
  • Ability to facilitate business workshops and produce project-management-assistance deliverables.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including business teams, software vendors, integrators, and information technology teams.
  • Ability to lead or contribute to user acceptance testing phases.
  • Ability to structure project approaches and provide clear, reliable reporting to decision-making bodies.
  • Ability to work in complex environments while ensuring the quality, consistency, and continuity of deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and synthesize complex topics.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders and client-facing contexts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and reliably in demanding or multi-project contexts.
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic projects with a business-value-oriented project-management-assistance and consulting approach.
  • Act as a project manager for the ASI client or as project-management assistance for the client's client, supporting business teams directly.
  • Serve as the point of convergence between insurance business teams, software vendors, and project teams.
  • Structure business needs and secure project governance and execution.
  • Facilitate workshops for project framing, construction, and monitoring.
  • Produce decision-support materials and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate business teams, software vendors, integrators, and information technology teams.
  • Lead or contribute to user acceptance testing phases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of practices and optimization of project processes.
  • Support adoption of project solutions.
