Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of business-to-business marketing experience, preferably within enterprise software, software as a service, cybersecurity, or information technology.
  • Experience supporting both direct sales organizations and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Proven success executing integrated regional marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Experience managing field events, webinars, executive programs, and channel partner campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing, market development funds, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
  • Understanding of the Latin America market, including laws and cultural nuances.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel throughout Latin America approximately 40% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Latin America regional marketing strategy aligned with corporate revenue objectives.
  • Build integrated quarterly marketing plans supporting pipeline generation, customer acquisition, channel growth, and customer expansion opportunities.
  • Manage Latin America marketing budgets and optimize investments based on return on investment and business impact.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend investments across countries, industries, and segments.
  • Partner with the field sales team to develop territory-specific marketing plans.
  • Own the full lifecycle of Latin America field marketing programs from planning through execution, including event logistics, vendor management, budget management, lead-flow coordination, sales follow-up, and performance measurement.
  • Design and execute face-to-face and digital programs, including regional events, sponsorships, executive programs, customer programs, webinars, trade shows, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Support pipeline acceleration through targeted campaigns aligned with sales priorities.
  • Create localized marketing experiences that resonate with regional buyers while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Develop joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, managed service providers, value-added resellers, global system integrators, and strategic alliance partners.
  • Build scalable channel marketing programs that drive pipeline, channel engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure channel programs and campaigns complement and align with direct and channel sales motions.
  • Collaborate with Latin America channel account managers to execute campaigns, events, webinars, digital programs, and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Track channel and direct marketing performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Execute multichannel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, webinars, events, and content syndication.
  • Collaborate with the localization team on Latin America needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Communications, Corporate Events, Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing, and Marketing Operations to deliver campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign execution follows established operational processes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to the Latin America sales, sales development representative, and customer success teams.
  • Participate in territory planning and quarterly business reviews.
  • Align marketing investments with regional sales priorities.
  • Provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
  • Measure campaign performance across pipeline, sourced revenue, influenced revenue, and conversion rates.
  • Present monthly and quarterly business reviews highlighting marketing impact and investment recommendations.
  • Leverage Salesforce and Tableau to make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously optimize programs based on performance insights.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise software, software as a service, cybersecurity, or information technology.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish or English and Portuguese communication ability.

Summit Partners retains NinjaOne stake with $625m continuation vehicle

Summit Partners is transferring part of its investment in NinjaOne to a continuation vehicle, raising $625m in a transaction led by Lead Edge Capital and Hamilton Lane. The deal comprises $500m for the continuation vehicle and $125m in uncalled commitments for future development. The vehicle will hold approximately half of Summit Partners' stake in NinjaOne, which provides cloud-based IT endpoint management solutions. Existing investors could sell their stake, transfer exposure to the new vehicle, or combine both options.
