Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in IT operations or technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incident and request resolutions, coordinate with site contacts, liaise with technical experts, and oversee IT-related site activities.
  • Handle contracts, procurement, and performance of local 3rd party technical support suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional IT support to VIPs, ensuring high-level service experience.
  • Track deliverables and manage escalations in partnership with local IT teams.
  • Align IT services with business goals and project requirements.
  • Conduct maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and manage AV equipment.
  • Maintain standard issue devices and manage stock and technical issues.
  • Oversee daily printer operations and provide support.
  • Manage laptop processes, assist Field Service Engineers, and handle laptop-related tasks.
  • Facilitate hardware disposal and support on-site engineers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Vendor management and contract handling experience is advantageous.
