About the job

Requirements
  • Evidence of owning client relationships, stakeholder communication, account delivery, or complex operational conversations.
  • Strong creative and social judgment, including translating client vision into briefs, recognizing platform-native ideas, evaluating copy, design, and video, and giving constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on use of artificial intelligence tools and agents in real work, studies, or personal projects for research, meeting preparation, context management, drafting, analysis, action tracking, quality assurance, or workflow improvement.
  • Ability to review artificial intelligence output against client strategy, service quality, commercial context, facts, commitments, and brand standards.
  • Ability to design and improve repeatable account workflows.
  • High agency and ownership, including driving improvements to completion and escalating early when appropriate.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to recognize scope pressure, service gaps, account risk, and growth opportunities.
  • Operational, strategic, and technical curiosity, including understanding creative work, asking effective questions, challenging assumptions, and explaining tradeoffs.
  • Comfort with collaborative systems such as Airtable, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, spreadsheets, Slack, Teams, or similar tools.
  • Clear written and spoken communication and ability to work asynchronously.
  • Attention to detail while working at speed, including maintaining accurate names, dates, decisions, dependencies, status, and commitments.
  • Enthusiasm for evolving artificial-intelligence-enabled knowledge work and an ability to distinguish useful applications from noise.
Responsibilities
  • Own client confidence and satisfaction, using artificial intelligence tools and agentic workflows as the default way of working.
  • Understand each client's strategy, stakeholders, services, commercial context, audience, creative vision, preferences, and pressure points well enough to represent the account internally and anticipate needs.
  • Turn client creative vision into action across briefs, content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables; critically review creative assets and provide clear feedback.
  • Clarify client requests and underlying needs, then turn ambiguity into direction, context, owners, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
  • Coordinate delivery across services, teams, timelines, blockers, and dependencies, using agents and reusable workflows for preparation, action tracking, planning, research, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Balance relationship, delivery reality, commercial context, capacity, risk, and long-term account health; diagnose issues and escalate with evidence, options, and recommendations.
  • Protect the quality and value of creative, operational, strategic, and technical services, challenging weak, off-strategy, platform-unsuitable, or low-value work.
  • Make account health and commitments visible by surfacing sentiment, risks, opportunities, scope pressure, decisions, approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Connect clients with the agency's wider expertise.
  • Identify and develop opportunities arising from client needs, service gaps, relationship signals, campaign moments, or operational problems.
  • Improve account operations through communication rhythms, reporting, documentation, approved artificial intelligence workflows, and blocker framing; coach teammates to present evidence, attempted solutions, options, and specific asks.
  • Stay current in account management, social platforms, creative work, and related services, applying feedback to improve work quality, speed, judgment, and reliability.
  • Encode effective methods into reusable skills and workflows that agents and teammates can run, and teach successful methods to the wider team.
