Requirements
  • A technical Bac+2/3 formation in building, maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • A first professional experience in operations and maintenance or a multi-service environment.
  • Solid technical foundations enabling first-level maintenance intervention and serving as a field-based technical liaison with service providers.
  • The ability to work autonomously, respond quickly, manage priorities, and ensure service continuity during unforeseen situations.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and high standards for controlling the quality of cleaning, reception, and grounds-maintenance services.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in the field by providing close operational management of building-maintenance contracts.
  • Serve as the first level of technical analysis for complex situations.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors working at sites by scheduling operations and ensuring proper delivery of technical services.
  • Control the quality of interventions and validate technical reports and associated regulatory documents.
  • Identify recurring anomalies and propose continuous-improvement actions or equipment-renewal plans.
  • Operate the computer-aided maintenance management system, ensuring data reliability, intervention traceability, and compliance with contractual commitments, including intervention and service-restoration deadlines.
  • Monitor technological developments and contribute to integrating innovative digital tools, including Internet of Things devices, connected sensors, Building Information Modeling, and GEM/BOS.
  • Perform first-level local maintenance as a technical relay and intervene occasionally when a service provider fails to ensure service continuity.
  • Monitor the quality of multi-service delivery, including cleaning, reception, and grounds maintenance, and control occupant satisfaction.
