Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identify key communication opportunities and challenges and provide strategic counsel to executive leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and media developments to inform PR strategies.
  • Oversee the development and dissemination of press releases, corporate announcements, and other communication materials.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Define and articulate consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand messaging is integrated into all marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand identity and standards.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks.
  • Serve as the lead spokesperson during crisis situations, providing transparent and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute crisis response strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including customers, investors, employees, and community members.
  • Lead efforts to enhance corporate reputation and foster goodwill through community engagement, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and philanthropic partnerships.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PR team.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and professional growth opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
