Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and articulate key selling points effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Inform guests about departure times, stop locations, and other required information.
  • Check and scan guests' tickets and direct guests to the bus or boat.
  • Collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concerns.
  • Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute day-to-day operations.
  • Be responsible for company equipment.
  • Monitor the safety of employees and guests.
  • Conduct and submit various reports as assigned.

  • Knowledge of Washington, D.C. attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
