About the job
- A degree from a leading management school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in Corporate Finance.
- At least 6 years of experience in consulting or working with Finance Departments on large-scale projects.
- An interest in data and artificial intelligence topics, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
- Fluency in French and English in a professional context.
- Define the framework and structure of deliverables and support consultants in producing their deliverables.
- Produce transversal or complex deliverables.
- Manage one or more projects, report to the client, ensure deadlines and commitments are met, and monitor workload consumption.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with middle- and top-management client contacts.
- Establish credibility on the topics addressed through expertise and the ability to provide solutions.
- Challenge the client's approach and propose new directions.
- Understand client-company issues and financial challenges.
- Identify and qualify potential commercial opportunities within client companies.
- Design suitable solutions and conduct commercial interviews.
- Contribute to developing commercial offerings in areas of expertise and become the reference person for one offering area.
- Speak at external events on an area of expertise.
- Write complete commercial proposals from qualified opportunities and manage their economic and operational aspects.
- Contribute to developing consultants' skills on projects and outside projects.
- Supervise and facilitate a project team, set objectives, supervise and evaluate consultants' work, and identify and resolve internal problems.
- Lead a working group of 5 to 10 consultants.
- Supervise the drafting of articles, white papers, and sector studies.
- Facilitate a community and organize internal and client events to present the practice's different offerings.
- Experience of at least 6 years in consulting or with Finance Departments on large-scale projects.
