- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and plating dishes.
- Serve customers and use cashless tills.
- Keep all kitchen areas clean, hygienic, and organised.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and handwash kitchenware.
- Handle deliveries and ensure stock is stored properly.
- Empty bins, clean floors, and maintain general hygiene.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Help with stock rotation and report low inventory levels.
