Greenwood Village South is a non-profit Life Plan Community in Greenwood, Indiana that offers a continuum of senior living options from independent living to skilled nursing on a single campus. It is managed by Life Care Services and has offered Medicare and Medicaid-certified care since 1969, with the facility opening in 1981. Residents can move between levels of care at a predictable, lifetime cost through an entrance-fee model with monthly fees, or opt for rental housing where services are paid as needed. A major expansion called The Flats will open in Spring 2027, adding new independent living apartments plus an assisted living and memory care neighborhood, with the goal of providing secure housing and seamless access to care as residents’ needs evolve.
