  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruiting OR at least 1 year of experience in Project Management OR at least 1 year of experience in Event Planning
  • 2+ years of experience in Campus Recruiting (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in planning events (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Ownership of on-college campus events strategy across all programs for up to five of our campus core schools
  • Coordinate and execute multi-school track-specific events
  • Create, influence, and continuously improve event strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, company leaders and the recruiting team
  • Provide an exceptional candidate and associate/client experience with each and every event
  • Bring people from all over the company together for a common goal
  • Work closely with the larger Campus Recruiting Team to ensure a cohesive candidate experience
  • Manage and implement campus events strategy across specific schools
  • Facilitate/create training to make sure all associates attending events are prepared and have the right messaging to be effective representatives of Capital One with potential new hires
