- Issue approvals and prepare a justified decision proposal for a higher authorized person in cases of doubt.
- Review colleagues’ cases as part of benefit-specific quality assurance and internal control measures when holding the appropriate authorization level, including conducting the necessary consultations.
- Process customer complaints.
- Temporarily or permanently take on special assignments within the work area, such as testing tasks during the further development of technical systems and participation in professional working groups.
