West Pharmaceutical Services has signed a new $950 million unsecured credit agreement, replacing its 2019 facility, according to an 8-K filing dated October 26, 2026. The five-year deal includes a $750 million revolving credit line and a $200 million term loan, which the company drew on the effective date. Bank of America, N.A. is the administrative agent. West plans to use the funds for working capital, capital expenditure, acquisitions, stock repurchases, and debt repayment. The agreement caps its Net Leverage Ratio at 3.50 to 1.0, rising to 4.00 to 1.0 during significant acquisitions.

Fifty of 93 analysts rate the stock a buy, with a median price target of $138, about 15.9% above the current level. Shares sit at support around $118.74 and trade below their 50-day and 200-day moving averages.
