Requirements
  • Demonstrated history of delivering acquisition document review and business analysis in a Department of Defense program office, with 8 years of relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • An active Department of Defense Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
  • Working knowledge of Federal, Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps Systems Command acquisition policy.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Perform compliance reviews of official correspondence and procurement documents, including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and task books.
  • Identify non-compliance with Federal, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps Systems Command acquisition policy and report non-conformances to document originators.
  • Draft and maintain top-level program schedules in Microsoft Project, detailed spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, and presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint in coordination with Government staff.
  • Maintain configuration control of portfolio-level Capability Roadmaps, Integrated Master Schedules, and dashboards; draft and revise standard operating procedures supporting the transition to Scaled Agile Framework operations.
  • Track and answer assigned Enterprise Task Management Software 2 tasks, prepare information and decision briefs, route documents for signature, and record meeting minutes.

  • Experience with Enterprise Task Management Software 2 or Department of the Navy Tasker workflow and staff action routing.
  • Standard operating procedure and process documentation experience during an Agile transition.
  • Grammar, punctuation, and acronym review experience.
  • Experience communicating document deficiencies diplomatically to document owners.
