Requirements
- Three to five years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential renovation experience.
- Strong measuring and layout skills using tape measures, levels, and other basic tools.
- Experience using power tools, including drills, saws, and jigsaws.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom remodeling projects efficiently and professionally.
- Perform demolition, carpentry, trim carpentry, and installation work.
- Follow established installation procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners.
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their new bath system.
- Take project photos and complete required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and installation materials.
- Ensure every installation meets company and customer expectations.
