It is a nonprofit network that collaborates with families and communities to provide schools that prioritize rigorous academics and a whole-child approach—covering social-emotional learning, health, identity, character development, and purpose—so students gain the skills and confidence to pursue college, careers, and fulfilling lives within a just, equitable society. Distinguishing factors include its affiliation with the national KIPP network, a clear liberation-centered mission, and a commitment to open-enrollment, free access, and extensive support to ensure success from high school through college and beyond.
