  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales development role, B2B experience preferred
  • Experience breaking into new accounts ranging in size from 500 to 10,000+ employees preferred
  • Strong conversational communication skills with a high degree of curiosity and empathy, and strong listening skills
  • Openness and responsiveness to direct manager feedback, and a commitment to improvement through coaching and practice
  • Ability and commitment to researching and developing Accounts in their assigned territory while collaborating with counterparts on the Field Sales team
  • Ability and desire to become highly proficient using Lead Generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, to extract contacts and create accurate and targeted lists of prospects
  • Ability and willingness to follow prospecting plans and best practices, execute engagement strategies employing Email, Phone Calls, and social touches, and utilize sales tools and technology (Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) as prescribed to drive top-of-funnel engagement
  • Passion for being part of a team focused on transforming healthcare by delivering high-quality, affordable primary care for all
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
  • Generating top of funnel opportunities through outbound email and phone prospecting
  • Responding to inbound leads
  • Partnering with field sales to shape B2B go-to-market strategy
  • Meeting clear metrics for success such as number of meetings booked and daily prospects sequenced
  • Researching and developing accounts in assigned territory
  • Collaborating with counterparts on the Field Sales team
  • Following prospecting plans and best practices
  • Executing engagement strategies using Email, Phone Calls, and social touches
  • Utilizing sales tools and technology to drive top-of-funnel engagement
