Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience with direct mail statistics and/or nonprofit fundraising strategies
  • Comfort owning client correspondence and providing precise written instructions to multiple stakeholders, including data services companies and vendors
  • Experience analyzing multiple sets of data
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience with excel, including pivot tables and lookups
  • Passion for making the world a better place.
Responsibilities
  • Contributing to new donor growth for our nonprofit and political clients by developing prospective donor target audience for direct mail campaigns
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the client accounts in your portfolio
  • Assisting with statistical analysis of the performance of mailings, the development of creative list strategies, and developing overall client fundraising plans
  • Building and maintaining relationships with data services companies and list and data vendors to generate donor lists
  • Assisting internal teams with statistical analysis to determine the performance of direct mail campaigns
  • Collaborating on the development of creative donor list strategies
  • Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and develop understanding of how merge intelligence can impact the records kept
  • Assisting in the development of overall client fundraising plans and goals.

  • Familiarity with merge processing and data priority selections as it relates to merge strategies.
