Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the banking sector, focused on the small and medium-sized business segment.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services for businesses, including credit analysis and financial statements.
  • Advanced negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to meet objectives.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Reside in or be available to commute to the Reforma area of Mexico City.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, identify business opportunities, and strengthen commercial relationships.
  • Analyze the financial needs of clients and prospects and propose banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance, suited to their requirements.
  • Prepare and present financing proposals and conduct credit risk analysis in accordance with the bank's internal policies.
  • Supervise and monitor credit operations, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and conditions.
  • Stay current on market trends, competition, and regulations applicable to the small and medium-sized business segment.
  • Collaborate with other bank areas to provide clients with comprehensive, value-added service.
  • Meet commercial and service-quality targets established by management.
