About the job
- At least 5 years of experience working with the custom identity management solution GetAccess.
- Experience supporting identity and access management infrastructure.
- Ability to participate in 24x7 operations support and an on-call rotation.
- Ability to perform data refreshes, non-standardized data manipulation, and bulk data manipulation.
- Background with data synchronization components, including IMS, OIM, and web services.
- Participate in application upgrades and testing for the GetAccess identity management solution.
- Analyze and troubleshoot GetAccess application issues and provide support to address them.
- Analyze and resolve identity exceptions and identity merges during client onboarding processes.
- Resolve user problems, bugs, issues, and data discrepancies.
- Support application change control management.
- Create, distribute, and archive communications.
- Monitor service center queues and resolve issues.
- Provide individual and group training upon request.
- Support regulatory compliance and validation activities.
- Create and maintain process, user guide, and training documentation.
- Serve as an issue and outage escalation contact.
- Ensure maximum availability of the GetAccess service.
- Respond rapidly to incidents, outages, and potential service degradations.
- Verify that service monitoring functions as designed.
- Maintain environmental redundancy and eliminate single points of failure.
- Perform periodic service reviews according to the documentation.
- Execute work according to approved standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Modify and create standard operating procedures and work instructions as the service matures or changes.
- Perform data refreshes and non-standardized or bulk data manipulations.
- Support data synchronization components, including IMS, OIM, and web services.
