- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another applicable discipline.
- Six to ten years of experience supporting major information technology systems, including security compliance, performance testing, and User Access Testing in low-code platforms such as Appian.
- Trusted Tester 508 certification.
- Experience supporting public-facing systems.
- Support and document the core Appian platform project, the Drupal content management system, the Apache Kafka event-streaming platform, and other related application technologies.
- Work closely with the Federal Project Manager and Product Owner to thoroughly test functional and technical requirements.
- Verify that all deliverables meet minimum Section 508 requirements as required by the Department of Labor and the Office of the Chief Information Officer.
- Work with the Business Analyst, Federal Project Manager, subject-matter experts, system owners, customers, and end users to assist and provide direction for User Access Testing, including troubleshooting bugs so stories pass User Access Testing.
- Oversee final testing for releases, including peak-season deployments, in cooperation with the project manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
