  • 3+ years of end-user support
  • 3+ years of dedicated application support
  • Experience with IT integrations (SSO, API, etc)
  • Experience with creating technical documentation
  • Site owner for local and regional offices
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and other SaaS applications
  • Experience with using a ticketing system such as Jira, Freshdesk, etc
  • Ability to support predominantly a Mac based environment
  • Ability to work independently without in-person supervision
  • Understand information security principles and best practices
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the global IT team to provide onsite support across multiple time zones
  • Provision, deploy and assign IT assets to remote and in office employees
  • Responsible for user provisioning/deprovisioning and support related to permission
  • Maintain accurate ticketing and asset management records
  • Work with fellow team members on projects to improve systems and operations
  • Maintain and deploy corporate communication solution and meeting rooms
  • Be the custodians of business policies (security, asset management and more)
  • Stay up to date on updates and new technologies
  • Experience with Jira/Jira Service Desk - automation, workflows, issue fields, issue screens, etc.
