Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a data analytics role, preferably in consumer tech, e-commerce, gaming, or other revenue-driven platforms.
  • Experience working with raw telemetry event data and datasets with 100M+ rows.
  • Expertise in A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, and experience using Python for advanced analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and product intuition—you understand the “why” behind the data.
  • Excellent communication skills, you’re confident presenting insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Comfortable working in gray areas, self-starting, and taking initiative without waiting for explicit direction.

Tinder tests AI feature to combat 'swipe fatigue' as users decline 9%
