The product works through high-production broadcasts, live event experiences, and digital streaming that connect top CS:GO teams with fans worldwide. BLAST differentiates itself by strong ties to the Counter-Strike community, polished production, and a model that blends live events with scalable media distribution to generate multiple revenue streams; its goal is to deliver widely viewed, high-quality esports experiences that sustain long-term partnerships.

What believers are saying

  • Reliance and BLAST formed an India joint venture in April 2025 for local growth.
  • BLAST secured Revolut, ASUS ROG, EFM Global, and IC partnerships in 2026.
  • BLAST expanded 2026-27 events into Salt Lake City, Japan, Brazil, and Porto.

What critics are saying

  • Valve now controls formats; BLAST 2026 rules already shifted after partner-league collapse.
  • Counter-Strike revenue concentrates in sponsorships; one major sponsor pullout would hit 2026 cash flows.
  • If Ubisoft or Valve switch operators, BLAST loses flagship rights and becomes commoditized.

What makes BLAST unique

  • BLAST runs Valve-certified Counter-Strike and Dota 2 ecosystems, not one-off events.
  • BLAST.tv centralizes live tournaments, stats, fantasy, and media distribution under one brand.
  • Ubisoft renewed BLAST through 2028/29, extending Rainbow Six control across global regions.
