Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Six years of related experience or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities
  • Support program management for Department of Energy loan project submissions and compliance.
  • Support program management for grants and other government awards as needed.
  • Partner with workstream stakeholders, including Project Management, Program Management, Environmental, Procurement, and other functions, to gather required data and documentation for DOE loan project submissions and ongoing compliance.
  • Identify, vet, and submit eligible projects to the DOE loan.
  • Communicate DOE loan requirements, timelines, and expectations to internal partners as a key point of contact.
  • Communicate with the DOE regarding project submissions as a key point of contact.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the DOE loan project submission process.
  • Support the end-to-end program lifecycle, from project identification through receipt of DOE loan authorization.
  • Partner with the team to enhance dashboards and AI tools.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, summarize findings, and provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to multiple levels of management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Project Controls, Project Management, Program Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience with major construction projects and environmental permitting.
  • Previous experience within a regulated electric or gas utility and/or government-funded projects.
  • Experience with Analysis for Office (AO Reports), Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Dataverse, and P6.
  • A master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Public Policy, Sociology, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
