Requirements
  • Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work in any area of the restaurant when needed.
  • Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale system and cash register.
  • Ability to bend, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and prepare their orders while promoting new items.
  • Explain menu items accurately to guests.
  • Use the point-of-sale system and cash register to record orders, calculate bills, collect payments, and make change.
  • Perform cash counts at the beginning and end of shifts, accounting for money and credit card receipts.
  • Prepare food neatly according to recipes and in a timely manner.
  • Check and restock products in the sandwich unit area throughout the shift.
  • Follow food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and cleanup.
  • Clean and maintain all restaurant areas.
  • Follow quality standards, recipes, and procedures in the location operations manual.
  • Perform assigned light paperwork duties.
  • Complete required training courses as directed.
