Responsibilities
  • Attract players to engage meaningfully and invest in experiences through creative storytelling and tailored value propositions
  • Manage populations and funnels by matching the right player segments with existing tools and development requests, in order to meet the studio's goals and KPIs
  • Own the daily and monthly monetization calendar: what’s the story, what’s the goal, and how do we get players there
  • Direct cross-functional teams to deliver the right features, offers, art, and messaging in sync
  • Lead change in how the team thinks about guiding players—turning plans into clear, actionable focus
  • Collaborate with marketing, community, and CRM to ensure unified and impactful player communication
  • Monitor performance, player behavior, and results to optimize strategy continuously
