  • A CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement and no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
  • Ability to pass a DOT drug test to meet FMCSA requirements.
  • An airbrake endorsement may be required depending on geographical location to meet customer expectations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Comply with ICC and FMCSA regulations daily.
  • Transport freight from distribution to delivery site without error.
  • Maintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Complete hazardous-material shipping order papers in accordance with DOT/TC regulations.
  • Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip.
  • Load and unload freight to and from the vehicle using established safety perimeters.
  • Secure cargo and arrange and balance it properly within the vehicle.
  • Follow the delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times.
  • Count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up to ensure accurate customer transaction paperwork.
  • Obey applicable traffic laws and drive according to weather and road conditions.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service while delivering goods to customers.
  • Travel up to 20% if needed.
