Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in K-12 core curriculum development, instructional coaching, or academic leadership.
  • Experience guiding curriculum reforms and instructional strategies to improve academic outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information or a full Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance in the Defense Information System for Security.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted instructional support, curriculum alignment expertise, and discipline-specific coaching across core academic disciplines, including mathematics, science, English language arts, and social studies.
  • Deliver expert instructional coaching and curriculum alignment support across core academic subject areas.
  • Design and evaluate core academic curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards and best instructional practices.
  • Complete work products that are thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and compliant with established criteria.
  • Perform duties in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones and delivery schedules.
