- Have more than 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in product management as a Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or Head of Product in a startup, digital services company, or consulting firm.
- Be able to lead delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and value creation.
- Build trusting client relationships, engage with top-management stakeholders, and handle sensitive situations calmly and clearly.
- Have strong feedback and management skills, including active listening and the ability to challenge others and deliver demanding feedback to support collective development.
- Be oriented toward artificial intelligence.
- Be willing to learn, challenge the team, ask for help, and accept challenges.
- Support Product Managers and Lead Product Managers on their projects by tracking delivery, helping resolve issues, and giving regular, demanding feedback to support their development.
- Take responsibility for team members' careers by building clear development plans with each person and helping them plan their next steps at the client or within Theodo.
- Conduct annual team evaluations, objectively assessing progress and setting ambitious, attainable goals.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects in the role's scope, including quality, deadlines, and value for clients and teams.
- Contribute to staffing decisions and matching talent to project needs.
- Facilitate collective activities, including all-hands and practice rituals, to strengthen team cohesion and momentum.
- Participate in presales to grow the practice's portfolio and develop new opportunities.
