Requirements
  • Maintain a current unrestricted Paramedic license.
  • Hold current CCP-C or FP-C certification.
  • Hold current BLS, ACLS, and advanced trauma certification such as PHTLS, ITLS, TCCC, or equivalent.
  • Have recent high-acuity paramedic or critical care transport experience with advanced emergency response responsibilities.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid passport.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet pre-deployment physical requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced life support and critical care interventions during emergency responses and inter-facility transports across medical and traumatic presentations.
  • Assess, stabilize, and manage critically ill or injured patients using advanced airway management, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and resuscitative care techniques.
  • Operate and interpret specialized critical care equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and 12-lead electrocardiograms, to support patient treatment and transport decisions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support continuity of care across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient clinical environments.
  • Support operational readiness through accurate documentation, equipment management, supply oversight, and participation in ongoing training and clinical competency activities.
