  • Ability to take initiative and work dynamically.
  • Ability to manage the cashier line as a versatile cashier, alternating with two other employees.
  • Availability for morning shifts from 7:30 to 14:15 or afternoon shifts from 14:00 to 19:45.
  • Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis and one Sunday every four weeks.
  • Good customer-relations skills.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in implementing and monitoring action plans defined by management.
  • Monitor the hourly performance of the cashier sector and each cashier.
  • Operate a checkout and process payments when customer service requires it.
  • Open and close the checkout, exchange money, and control payment methods.
  • Process refunds and exchanges, manage discount vouchers, handle cancellations and returns, resolve disputes, and identify pricing errors.
  • Count cash registers and control daily card-summary tickets.
  • Prepare and file bank deposits.
  • Prepare invoices at customers’ request and complete warranty documents.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the checkout and customer-service area.
  • Perform opening, closing, and administrative operations for the checkout line.
  • Accurately count and report cash discrepancies, cash funds, and safe contents.
  • Record the safe value daily in a tracking table to ensure traceability.
  • Provide store coverage, including opening and closing the store and distributing tasks among employees according to management instructions.
