Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
  • Proven experience implementing at least one Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Experience managing projects valued in the millions of shekels.
  • Experience managing project teams of 7 or more employees.
  • Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial organizations.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle and Engineering and Manufacturing processes.
  • Experience leading integrations between enterprise systems and managing data migrations.
  • Ability to work with senior executives and lead multiple stakeholder interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise PLM programs, from developing strategy and vision through go-live and full implementation.
  • Manage complex transformation projects involving business process design, organizational change management, and implementation of PLM solutions.
  • Work with senior executives and leaders in engineering, operations, manufacturing, and information systems.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage vendors and business partners.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources for large-scale projects.
  • Lead integrations between PLM systems and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and engineering systems.
  • Manage data migrations, user adoption processes, and organizational implementation.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the defense industry or Aerospace & Defense.
  • Experience in global manufacturing organizations.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications.
  • Experience leading Organizational Change Management processes.
