Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on growth initiatives, including user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to identify growth opportunities and integrate growth-focused design strategies into products.
  • Conduct extensive research and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and barriers to growth.
  • Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other quantitative and qualitative methods to validate designs and hypotheses, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
  • Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a consistent and user-centric approach across all product touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design culture and processes.
