- Manage the online catering system to create work orders for meal preparation, delivery, and setup.
- Work with guests to understand all event requirements before the event.
- Transport meals and associated items to events and complete setup according to guest requirements and company standards.
- Clean up the venue after events, ensuring food, plates, beverages, and other items are removed.
- Follow up with guests to confirm the event was successful.
- Perform some cash handling and supervisory duties.
- Perform general kitchen duties, including cleaning, stocking, and food preparation.
- At least 2 years of restaurant experience.
- At least 3 years of catering experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to multitask with attention to detail.
- Experience using point-of-sale systems.
- ServSafe training.
