Requirements
  • 5–7 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Operations (Affiliate Marketing, Analytics or Business Development experience is preferred).
  • Comfortable navigating data models and working with implementation teams to troubleshoot technical integrations.
  • Ability to look at a spreadsheet of performance data and extract a clear, actionable narrative for a client.
  • Exceptional presentation skills to prospective clients and existing customer senior stakeholders; ability to take complex program data and "package" it into a compelling story.
  • Thrive in a growth environment where processes are being built in real-time.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the hands-on onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to active status.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily operations across core affiliate channels (Credit Karma, Bankrate, CD Valet).
  • Coordinate with internal implementation teams to ensure technical setups and changes are accurate and timely.
  • Provide real-time support to the sales team to help close complex deals within the affiliate ecosystem.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each affiliate platform’s unique requirements to guide clients through channel nuances and strategies to run a successful program.
  • Spearheading cross-functional initiatives to educate the broader FIS sales organization on Amount’s affiliate value proposition.
  • Monitor partner performance daily to identify trends, bottlenecks, or opportunities for increased volume.
  • Analyze client data to identify "success stories" that can be turned into case studies or sales collateral.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Managers to deliver data-backed optimization recommendations to clients that improve their ROI.
  • Provide feedback to the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Client Services regarding "production cohesion"—identifying which product features are needed to drive further affiliate growth.
  • Support revenue forecasting efforts by providing granular updates on partner health and pipeline movement.
