Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations, sales, and service at the branch while serving as the primary community contact and brand ambassador.
  • Lead branch staff and foster high-quality service, efficient operations, and effective sales of credit union products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional service to members and internal teams, and model responsiveness, empathy, and thorough follow-through.
  • Ensure operational processes reflect members' service expectations and that members can access services.
  • Reinforce a culture of care through empathetic and efficient team interactions.
  • Manage branch operations, including scheduling, opening and closing, daily balancing, security, and audits.
  • Grow deposits and membership by engaging existing members, sourcing leads, and building business relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and internal policies.
  • Achieve sales goals through strategic initiatives and member engagement.
  • Participate in performance meetings and communicate with staff through daily huddles and monthly meetings.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote credit union products.
  • Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor staff on sales techniques and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and retain members.
  • Represent the credit union in the community and at networking events.
  • Promote membership growth and visibility within partner organizations and local communities.
  • Maintain relationships with affiliate personnel and conduct on-site visits.
  • Support outreach efforts, including benefit fairs, seminars, and educational programs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support membership growth.
  • Float to other branches as needed to maintain service standards.
  • Work with other department managers to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Apply credit union expertise to drive success, foster teamwork and professional development, and communicate to support alignment and growth.
