Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification is required; paid training is provided.
- Ability to travel between client homes is required.
- Physical ability to meet job demands, including lifting and using stairs, is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one ABA services in home-based settings.
- Implement treatment plans and programs designed by a BCBA.
- Collect accurate data using electronic data collection systems.
- Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA.
- Support parent training and clinical activities as assigned.
- Maintain RBT certification and follow BACB ethical guidelines.
- Adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
- Travel between client homes as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 3–18 is preferred but not required.
- CentralReach experience is a plus.
- CPR certification is preferred but not required.
