Requirements
  • Bring commercial instincts to identify value and measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, and operational performance.
  • Understand emerging AI capabilities and apply them in practice, contributing to product strategy, team leadership, and execution.
  • Demonstrate strong intuition for user experience, user interface, and digital customer journeys, shaping buying experiences optimized for conversion.
  • Have a strong technical and data foundation to collaborate with engineers and data scientists, understand relevant algorithms, translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and use modern AI tools to accelerate product development.
  • Build relationships with client counterparts and internal leaders, understand their motivations and constraints, and use partnerships to shape decisions and accelerate impact.
  • Have experience driving AI and machine-learning products from concept through iteration, guiding delivery teams, and owning business outcomes.
  • Have experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Have hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems, such as evaluating model behavior, running SQL and Python analyses, building agents, or optimizing data pipelines.
  • Have experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals.
  • Have experience managing junior product managers or adjacent roles, with direct responsibility for their development and success.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as product lead for digital products, aligning with product leadership, customer needs, and client strategy; develop business cases and assess feasibility, impact, and return on investment with business stakeholders.
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable workstreams, defining sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans with product team members and cross-functional leads.
  • Own the profit and loss and business impact of initiatives; communicate progress, return on investment, risks, and opportunities to leadership, shape workstream direction, and get hands-on to unblock challenging work.
  • Build and deploy agentic workflows across the marketplace with the central Agentic team, and turn delivery learnings into reusable capabilities that strengthen the broader operating system.
  • Manage and develop two or more product managers by creating development plans, providing hands-on product and analytical support, delegating work, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognizing achievements.
  • Own key performance indicators across the assigned portion of the customer funnel and contribute to top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to align priorities and drive key decisions.

What believers are saying

  • Sage Home Loans won Robinhood: since November 2025, Robinhood Gold members get mortgage rates at least 0.75% below average.
  • Early-career staff move up: a March 2026 list built from promotion, pay and retention data gave Red Ventures Platinum status.
  • Benefits go past basics: US staff and their families get free therapy, plus fertility, adoption and surrogacy support.

What critics are saying

  • Plan on commuting: Red Ventures asks for 3 to 4 office days a week, varying by team.
  • Expect leadership changes: Bankrate named an outside CEO in October 2025, four months after The Points Guy did.
  • Demand swings with the economy: in 2022, Moody's said its consumer finance and travel units fell sharply in the pandemic.

What makes Red Ventures unique

  • It shares a health business with an insurer: RVO Health, co-owned with UnitedHealth Group, runs Healthline and Healthgrades.
  • Bankrate's rate surveys are economic data: in May 2026, the St. Louis Fed's public database added 40 years of them.
  • Red Ventures sells its growth skills too: its RV Home unit embeds data and growth teams inside home-services brands.
