Responsibilities
  • Be a founding designer for a completely new bet for Guideline, with the opportunity to transform how new products work alongside our 401(k) offering today
  • Partner with product management, engineering, design and research teams to define and implement new product initiatives
  • Lead design strategy and execution for new products and workstreams in a complex problem space
  • Identify ways to test and validate concepts and features quickly without utilizing engineering resources
  • Align stakeholders across all levels of the organization around proposed concepts
  • Craft intuitive and engaging user journeys that connect with our audience
