Responsibilities
  • Own customer-facing communications with both private and public customers
  • Concisely and efficiently communicate requirements to a variety of third parties including government agencies, homeowner associations, and operations teams
  • Assist with version control and ensuring permit packages are meeting customer specifications
  • Act as the main point of contact for permit inquiries, feedback, and revisions to internal and external stakeholders for the assigned territory
  • Leverage data & reporting to track, improve, and provide transparency into performance
