Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • An Associate's Degree.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe.
  • Eligibility for a Facility Access Authorization, also referred to as an Employment Authorization, from the U.S. Government's designated Security Office.
  • Ability to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement if required.
  • Ability to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigation, up to a Top Secret or Department of Energy Q clearance.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and ability to learn additional tools as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Assist management in developing processes and procedures.
  • Support schedule performance, models, and budgeting.
  • Contribute to client deliverables related to Program Management Support functional areas.
  • Support administrative management and general management consulting services related to Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Services for the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration.
  • Support business development and other company efforts.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience or eligibility for security clearance is described as a valued asset, with clearance requirements applying as required to sensitive federal engagements.
